Please make customer safety a priority! First the past 2 months, employees started to wash “the polished concrete floor” while customers are either coming into the premises or are inside, leaving it extremely wet, slippery, and dangerous. Allegedly, the cleaning has to be completed before closing, reportedly to avoid overtime. The lady at the front desk has a terrible attitude, very snobby. Probably shouldn't work in a customer service business. My daughter is 15 and wanted a spray tan. Every other tanning place allows for parents to sign off giving permission , and takes the parents photo ID. This is the first tanning place we have ever been denied.
Serenity and my spray tan were great. BUT an E-finger scan to check if you’re a minor and to prevent minors from coming in using the service ?? Well they scanned my drivers license, and even then it wasn’t initially offered and I had to push my way to get that option available. Also when you read both the service agreement and terms of service and waiver. NEITHER HAS INFORMATION THAT SHOWS FINGERPRINT AND BIOMETRIC DATA USAGE.
