Ever since zoom took over this place has gone downhill.. the past 3 times ive gone there ive had issues… room 4 the bed was cold the entire time the bulbs are weak and they keep saying they are getting new beds so its like they are just letting the current beds go to shit… the high pressure lay down has been broken the past 2x ive gone there… the stand up in room 15 shut off on me 2x while i was just in it…. Ive been coming here for over 10 yrs… and i pay for the most expensive membership… this place isnt even worth it anymo... read more

Ever since they sold it has gone down hill.The spray tan machine breaks and only one available with a 20 minute wait time.The points where not part of the deal so I lost all my points for upgrades.Its li k e the owner doesnt really care sbout customers.Going to look for an alternative.
