you guys have been closed MULTIPLE TIMES within the last month. Today Saturday 9/20/19 I pulled into the parking lot at exactly 3:28 p.m. and they were already locked up and nobody in sight

I go here usually about a month before a big event and get a great deal on a monthly package and end up at the end of my month looking and feeling fabulous for my event
staff is awesome and super knowledgeable about products.
After having a horrible customer service experience last night I was able to speak with the manager. She was very understanding and polite, she also offered to restart my package considering I won’t be able to tan for a few days. Please if you ever have an issue here just call the manager! She is very respectful and caring ❤️
