Wanted one order to try it out. Was not very pleased with it cause you have to mix it yourself(tanner) but when they shipped a second order with out my permission im done with this company stay away.I did not give them permission to take whatever they want from my bank account. Horrible way to do business now i have to take my time to correct this problem.

I’m very happy with the life cell anti-aging cream that I have used for many years. Expensive? Yes! Worth it? Yes! If I need to delay shipping, customer service has always been accommodating.

I received my first order of skin cream in December and promptly called them to say I did not want a subscription. They directed me to the portal on their site where I could cancel the subscription I never knowingly signed up for. I did this on 1/1/26. Today I received an email that they sent me another $275 product order. I did not order this and want to warn new users of their deceptive practices. I will "return to sender" when this order arrives.

I received an Instagram advertisement stating that life cell under eye treatment was being n sale for $89. I thought I would try the product since it was in sale. I received the product, but 30 days later my credit card was billed an additional charge of $89. I called customer service and was told by clicking on that Instagram advertisement ent I was agreeing to have my credit card billed $89 as a recurring charge.
