I would give a 10 star rating if I could. The service here is incredible!!! This was my first time at this salon and even before I walked in I felt welcomed. I called to make an appointment day of, and she made space for me to come in. My nail tech was Na, and she was absolutely wonderful. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to look like, and they looked stunning for prom. Na was very sweet, respectful, professional, and conversational. I made an appointment with South Beach Nail Spa for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The technician, Nah was so kind and conversational I felt at home in their salon. She took her tim carefully clipping my nails while I sat in a massage chair. I didn't feel rushed and did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service top notch.
