Dr Mahmoud was a sweet and caring doctor. At some point her staff. I believe his name is mark. Began to treat me poorly, calling me names, telling me I was an inconvenience to the practice and also hanging up on me. He would not respond to my emails, phone calls or texts. I begged to speak to Dr. Mahmoud for weeks and he would not let me speak to my doctor. I had a great relationship with Dr. Mahmoud but mark made my experience with south beach medical horrible. Dr. Mahmoud took excellent care of my son when he had a painful boil. We were able to get an appointment right away, and the office staff was very helpful throughout the process. Dr. Mahmoud was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She numbed the area so well that he didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, which was such a relief. She drained a significant amount of pus and made sure the area was thoroughly cleaned. My son’s symptoms improved quickly afterward. She did a phenomenal job—thank you, Dr. Mahmoud!
Dr. Nevine was a pleasure. She’s very attentive and knowledgeable. Caring for her patients is something that you can tell comes natural. Thankful I found her.
