Had halibut and chips with huge onion rings all made and fried fresh to order. Awesome environment and friendly service.
Incompetent, Unprofessional, and Unethical Had this company freeze and ship fresh-caught crab to me. They did an incompetent job packing it so it arrived on time but spoiled. I called 4 times to try to resolve the issue, never getting in contact with a manager/owner who could help and never receiving a call back, despite promises to do so. They never even refunded the shipping charges (I had to file a dispute with the CC) and I am still out my crab.
