Had a great experience with South Beach AC. They were professional, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed faster than expected. Peter & Peter took the time to explain the problem and answer questions without any pressure. Fair pricing, excellent service, and quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service in the middle / lower keys

Had a brand new system installed had several issues never came back to fix. After several attempts of calling They never came, I ended up having to use another company to fix their mistakes. All of their refrigerant lines were not insulated and the condensation lines did not drain properly, draining inside house causing damage. Customer service is not their thing that’s for sure. I do not recommend will not use again.
Great company! Showed up on time and were very efficient. Owners are good guys and took care of me! Highly recommend.
