If you are new or experienced with Reiki, I highly recommend Cat and South Bay Reiki and Wellness. Just walking into her reiki studio you can feel the calmness and positive energy. Cat is amazing with her technique and offers down to earth healing conversations along with her Reiki. I visit Cat when in crisis and when I am at peace and each sessoon restores my energy and positive outlook. She is a bright lantern on my journey to a more peaceful and fulfilling journey.
