Dr. Trace & Dr. Leticia are the best! You won't find a more caring medical practice anywhere! They take the time to listen to your concerns and truly take an interest in you and your health. The supporting staff is wonderful and are extremely efficient. If you are looking for someone who will care for you, look no further - SBPMG - excellent!
Office staff are rude & demeaning about patients who don't or can't use their patient portal. They do not give information needed for patients to make informed decisions. Dr. Polanco demands that new patients see her multiple times to complete a simple physical that any Urgent Care will complete during a simple walk-in visit. She's only available to see patients from 10:20-2:00 Monday through Thursday, but you can't find that out until you've already switched to her and signed into the portal.
Absolutely the most friendly, supportive, kind, staff! I cannot recommend Dr. Trace and Leticia enough if you need awesome, heart felt doctors who truly care :)
