A very polite, personable & friendly family business. Jay and his employee, John, did a great job in helping to install the MOEN Flo Water Valve system and setting up the app for us as well. He didn't mind that I watched and wanted to learn about the installation & how it worked. They showed up on time, worked hard & cleaned up the area when finished. We are happy to have found them & would recommend this company to anyone.
Jay @ South Bay Plumbing & Heating is the best! I'm a landlord and they've consistently completed excellent repair & installation work for me over the years. Definitely worth the wait if/when they're booked on large construction jobs.
