Would give zero stars if I could. I moved out 5 months ago and still can’t get my security deposit returned after receiving an email saying I would get the full amount back. I stopped at the leasing office at least 4 times and they never could give me any information. Maintenance is horrible and they don’t actually fix anything. Only band aids. It once took them a month to fix the air conditioning in the middle of summer. Also The place is completely infested with ants and roaches. Ants crawl through the windows and will be ... read more
If we ever have a problem at the apartment Santos is always quick to fix it. Have known him here for many years and he’s always there when we need him. Santos deserves all the appreciation he can get for making this place great one repair at a time.

Cockroach infestation and mold!!! I would not recommend living in this apartment complex. The property has a serious cockroach infestation. In addition, there is mold present in the apartments. Management has shown little urgency in addressing these issues, leaving residents frustrated and disappointed.
I've been here for just over 6 months now and its been great. The community is really nice and quite. The walls and floors/ceilings are a bit thin but it hasnt caused any issues with noise as the neighbors are very respectful and mindful of it. So far the best apt ive lived in since ive been in SWFL.
