I have lived in this condo for a while and, unfortunately, the experience has been quite frustrating. First of all, the most serious problem is parking. Only one space is allocated per apartment, despite the fact that most residents have more than one vehicle. This forces you to leave the second car in the guest spaces, which are very far from the apartment. I’ve been living here for a while and my experience has been excellent. The community is quiet, safe, and very clean. The maintenance and management teams are friendly and always respond quickly when help is needed. The common areas are well taken care of, and the environment is perfect for families or anyone looking for comfort and peace. Overall, it’s a place where you truly feel at home. Highly recommended.
