I rarely write reviews, but I hope this helps other parents. My experience here was very disappointing. I took my son for a routine orthodontic check-up. This time, they took a panoramic X-ray, but the dentist never came out to update us — only the assistant said everything looked good. That didn’t feel right. I later had another dentist review the same X-rays and found that my son has four wisdom teeth coming in — something this orthodontist completely missed. My daughter is being treated with retainers and braces with Dr. Sunwoo and the results have been amazing. The staff is very warm and answers any questions very quickly, highly recommend and doc is so experienced.

Even though, the reviews sounded great which we choose this doctor based on the reviews! BUT, after the Invisalign treatment by this doctor that cost us $6000 , my son in his check up by his general dentist, found out his teeth bite was changed and needed to be fixed! The X-ray before getting Invisalign by this doctor , was good but after the Invisalign treatment by this doctor changed for bad and when we approached him, he denied and didn’t accept what other specialist doctors approved of his mistakes in this treatment!… Ob... read more
