I’m incredibly disappointed and hurt by my experience with this medical office. I called seeking help, already overwhelmed and emotional after being referred from place to place with no real assistance. I tried to express that I was struggling and just needed someone to listen and guide me—but instead, I was constantly talked over, misunderstood, and ultimately hung up on. They get 1 star because the only time you can actually get service from them is in office. It’s been well over 2 months and I haven’t been contacted by them for a surgery like they said. I call everyday and am told to leave a voicemail but have yet to receive a call back. If it’s a quick visit they’re kind in office. But if your needs extend past 1 office visit, skip past this place.
Terrible service from the office manager. She is absolutely rude and pretty much tells you in her words that you can file a complaint against her and they won’t do anything to her. It’s evident she doesn’t care about the health and well being of the patients. Filed a claim and rather than be apologetic they tried to justify everything. Do not recommend. Horrible service! It’s been a month since they gave me a ultrasound referral with the incorrect birth date (NP Megan) I’ve called 3x and haven’t gotten a call back. They never answer and dont respond to voicemails.
The Service here in the Southbay OBGYN 5th Fl department sucks! Only 1 lady here seems like she loves what she does and the others are so miserable and unhappy and it shows!
