After coming to this gynecologist for 18 years all they said was “you’ve been fired from this office you can’t be seen here” after missing a couple appointments they can’t see me anymore. The doctor couldn’t even come out and tell me herself she called the receptionist to let her deal with me. Nobody called to let me know I couldn’t continue with this doctor. I requested time off work to come to my appointment and they didn’t had the decency to send a letter or call and tell me about this. I am so mad and hurt that after all... read more

The building is brand new and clean, nurse practitioner Andrea is lovely, she’s very sweet and listened to what my concerns were which made me feel comfortable. I give Andrea 10 stars unfortunately the facility equipment is outdated. The ultrasound screen was so outdated and dark I couldn’t even see my baby clearly. All that money on the building what about getting some better equipment.

I waited months for this appointment, and it lasted less than 20 minutes. I have PCOS, diagnosed in 2023, and asked for an updated ultrasound, the girl flat-out refused, saying, “we can tell by symptoms”… even though she never asked me about any symptoms. When I told her I wasn’t even sure if I could get pregnant, her only advice was to “buy ovulation strips and try for a year,” and then maybe come back if it didn’t work. That’s it. No suppor... read more

I don’t understand how some receptionists are not compassionate and uncaring. Have to wait 2 weeks for a response referral. If a patient is telling you a referral was faxed over a week ago, why don’t you go out your way to find it or even call my PCP to prove my situation. I kept getting the run around by their office. My PCP sent out a referral a week prior and SBOBYN said wait 5 business days?!?! I call back, Week later and nothing. So, I called back my PCP, sent out another referral request same day and now again I have t... read more

I’m incredibly disappointed and hurt by my experience with this medical office. I called seeking help, already overwhelmed and emotional after being referred from place to place with no real assistance. I tried to express that I was struggling and just needed someone to listen and guide me—but instead, I was constantly talked over, misunderstood, and ultimately hung up on. Rather than offering empathy or support, the person on the phone accused me of yelling when I was simply trying to explain how overwhelmed I felt. I wasn’... read more
