When I first was sent to South Bay I did what everyone probably does and I looked at the reviews. I was very worried because what I had read BUT my experience was completely the opposite. I had the best experience and best care I would 100% recommend my concerns were taken seriously and when I wanted a Vbac all I received was lots of encouragement and positive feedback on it from Dr. Shettigar. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. From the front desk staff to the medical assistants and providers, everyone has been kind, compassionate, and professional throughout my pregnancy and postpartum care. They always took the time to answer my questions, listened to my concerns, and made me feel heard and supported during every appointment. AVOID AT ALL COST Do not book with Dr Quinn she ignored my concerns about my swollen feet didn’t even look at them I had to take myself to the er multiple times come to find out I had pre eclampsia if I would’ve put my trust into Dr Quinn I would’ve lost my baby I had to have an emergency c section my baby almost did not make it :(
I had an appointment with the gynecologist at 2 pm today, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. When I got there, I saw the sign saying they were closed. I'm very angry because yesterday they sent me a voicemail reminding me that I had an appointment with them today. They made me waste my time by making me go and wait 30 minutes. Not only did I wait, but I also called them, and they didn't answer. They could have told me yesterday.
