AVOID AT ALL COST Do not book with Dr Quinn she ignored my concerns about my swollen feet didn’t even look at them I had to take myself to the er multiple times come to find out I had pre eclampsia if I would’ve put my trust into Dr Quinn I would’ve lost my baby I had to have an emergency c section my baby almost did not make it :(
I had an appointment with the gynecologist at 2 pm today, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. When I got there, I saw the sign saying they were closed. I'm very angry because yesterday they sent me a voicemail reminding me that I had an appointment with them today. They made me waste my time by making me go and wait 30 minutes. Not only did I wait, but I also called them, and they didn't answer. They could have told me yesterday.
Dr. Nguyen performed my sterilization surgery last year, and I couldn't be happier with the recovery and results. The professionalism, empathy, and skill of this surgeon is beyond. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen, her team, and all professionals working at this practice.
If I could give this facility negative stars I would. The brief experience I had at this office was far from quality care and extremely unprofessional. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and by the time the front desk receptionist checked in other patients who were ahead of me and sat on the phone making calls, it was 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.
