I had an appointment with the gynecologist at 2 pm today, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. When I got there, I saw the sign saying they were closed. I'm very angry because yesterday they sent me a voicemail reminding me that I had an appointment with them today. They made me waste my time by making me go and wait 30 minutes. Not only did I wait, but I also called them, and they didn't answer. They could have told me yesterday.
Dr. Nguyen performed my sterilization surgery last year, and I couldn't be happier with the recovery and results. The professionalism, empathy, and skill of this surgeon is beyond. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen, her team, and all professionals working at this practice.
If I could give this facility negative stars I would. The brief experience I had at this office was far from quality care and extremely unprofessional. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and by the time the front desk receptionist checked in other patients who were ahead of me and sat on the phone making calls, it was 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I got insurance almost at 32 weeks and this clinic is the one that took me in as a patient, everyone has been really nice and would help me out with additional questions, overall, great experience, I would recommend being a patient here
