Over how poorly this office is ran. I do like the Doctors but office managed poorly. I had surgery a month ago I called the office Monday saying something feels wrong and tell me the earlier I can be seen is on Thursday at 10 30. I get here at 10 25 and by 11 15 I had enough waiting. I will be finding a new practice.
I was referred to this office by someone I trust after relocating from NJ to NY & was hopeful it would become my new long-term OB/GYN. I scheduled my annual exam several months in advance to coincide with when I typically need a birth control refill. On Monday, I arrived 30 mins early (despite the reminder text suggesting only 15 mins early) & let the front desk know I was on my lunch break and asked if the doctor was running on time. Front desk representative is very rude and nasty. I’ve been calling over one a year for an appointment for my annual check up, and every time I’ve been told I have to call back l next month, there’s no appointment available. I then call for an emergency appointment and she refuse to give me an appointment because she thinks they won’t be accepting my insurance as of June 1st. I’ve been going here for 6+ years did not expected to be treated this way. I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone.
