Bought a scooter at their other store in Richmond, same owner. Scooter is currently scrap metal. It's been over 4 months and the registration isn't at the DMV. Cannot ride the scooter, been pulled over, could have it impounded without the chance of retrieving it. Cannot recommend this place unless they fix this.
