Im soo glad i found this place. The open system they use is hands down way better than closed. Definitely do the FIR sauna. I sweat a lot at work but its just different. It felt like my body needed it, your just gonna have to try it yourself to understand. The place is well decorated and very clean. The best part of it all is Joanne. Going into this, i admit, its a little intimidating. She's very informative about the whole process and put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed.
