Great Dr Hoffman!
Do not go here. They don't answer the phone, the voicemail box is full, and they don't give you an option to receive a call back. Extremely unprofessional. Your health will be placed at risk with this practice. Poorly ran, and evidently does not care about the community that it serves.
I would advised anyone not to use Venice Family Clinic they never answer the phone I called on my way to work and was on hold for an hour 16mins I hung up and changed from them they ridiculous and the Inglewood office is very rude and I was nice and respectful I think they have had experience with other black women so that’s why I was treated like that never again
I’ve been going to this clinic for years, and I’m beyond frustrated. I would honestly rather go without care than be treated here again. Every time I ask for the doctor I was originally assigned to, no one seems to know who that is. Once, I made an appointment with a doctor named Danielle, but when I arrived, I was seen by a man named Daniel instead—no explanation, no heads-up.
