I had a wonderful experience working with Gary. Purchasing a first home is an intimidating process, but Gary was extremely reachable, efficient, and on top of everything. It was a painless process from start to finish. I closed in 30 days with a great rate. I honestly can't recommend Gary enough.
Wanted to take a little time to say Matt Hadnett and David Weitzel went over and above my expectations regarding my Loan process. After having several problems with the title company they stuck with it and cleared up over 25 issues that were showing up on the report. I think most other brokers would have gave up on this . Not only did they finalize the loan and save me $1000.00 a month . They send me a very nice bottle of scotch . I would highly recommend them for you next financing needs.

Thanks going out to South Bay Equity Lending for their assistance in helping me get a HELOC in place. They were extremely professional from start to finish and stayed on top of the whole process, even when we needed to pivot on the request due to the servicing area limits of the original lender we started the HELOC application with. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone who is in the market for a HELOC
