My roof had a full replacement exactly 11 years ago by south bay construction. There is bowing, and leaks happening in almost every room now. No one will cover me without full rip out and replacement now. Let your wallet think about a new roof every 10 years with this company... instead of the 20 years of zero problems Ive gotten from guys roofing on 2 other homes. Not recommended.
We just had our roof replaced by South Bay Construction and they did an outstanding job!!! The crew were here from sun up to sun down, were very polite and professional, and completed the job in basically 2 days! I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done! Not only that but you can tell this is a company that truly cares and stands behind their product!
