I felt like I didn't matter. My messages, if i was able to actually leave one since nobody ever answered and there seems to be no voice mail. The only time I ever was able to leave a message was during the weekend when the answering service was there, and still the message wasn't received and I never got a call back. Just a number, just an insurance payment.
