The receptionist was unbelievably rude. Did not acknowledge our presence at all.
Tried contacting them several times. No one picks up the call for existing patient, new patient or press 2 for clinical director's number. Called more than 3 times from 3 days. Left email from their contact form. Completely absent therapists with no sense of outreach.........
They're really great.
Dr. Natasha was really a godsend for our family. We were referred to her by our school after our teenager was having serious difficulties with depression and anxiety. While our teen was resistant to starting therapy, she immediately took to Dr. Natasha and has benefitted immensely.
