The doctors and office itself was very nice. But it seems I had the same issue others are facing. Charged insurance $2,300 for allergy testing and a 45 min appointment. At first they did not even send a bill. It wasn’t until after I called that they emailed one, two weeks after the appointment. On top of that, the billing staff was rude and felt disorganized. Everytime I waited for over an hour to see someone. If you're not able to meet me at a certain time then don't tell me you can. We also have a life!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with South Bay Allergy & Asthma Group. I scheduled what I believed would be a straightforward appointment and was never informed about the cost of the visit or any additional testing beforehand. Weeks later, I received a bill for 1,400 for a simple allergy panel. (they billed my insurance $2500) The most frustrating part is that there was absolutely no transparency.
