Rang to book into get a medicine review as my husband was offered one last time he visited . I was told to make an appointment with the Dr and he would send a referral to the pharmacist. However my husband gets to discuss with his dr and the nurse. Should be able to receive the same service. Maybe time for a change . Pity I had to give a star one too many.
DO NOT USE!!! One star is one too many. I had an appointment for 2:30. Turned up at 2.25. At 3.20 I was still waiting to see the doctor. I walked out without getting to see a doctor at all and still in pain. I had no communication from anyone at the surgery, nobody updating me on how long I would have to wait. Dr John Howell has provided excellent care for my parents for 2 decades. He is a remarkable human.
doctors are great but the staff are shocking with organisation and phones, no one answers, with a small clinic like this you wouldn’t expect it to take 20 minutes to answer a phone just to reschedule. Also, if you’ve got an appointment at 3:00, don’t turn up till 3:30 because you won’t be in till 3:45.
