I’ve been seeing Dr. Osborne and Dr. McKee since moving to Baldwin County in 2023. For routine care—check-ups, bloodwork, and general visits—my experience was initially positive. I was a walk-in on Monday July 24, 2023, I needed a prescription for Cymbalta that I’ve been taking for twelve years or so for depression, including therapy. I was told by staff a prescription would be written. The staff and nurse Kim Bexley who took vitals were fabulous. However, nurse practitioner Mainda Mcroy (sp?)was rude as she walked in, “Karen” would write the prescription but someone like me should be under a Psychiatrist care.
