I had Lab Work Scheduled for my Annual (6mo ago). Reported to Lab Appt. Checked in had blood drawn. Called 5 hrs later told labs not ordered. Would have to pay. Disaster.
DO NOT SCHEDULE ANYTHING WITH THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!!! I wish I had listened to the bad reviews of how terrible this office is. Unorganized would be an understatement here. I have called 7 times in the last two weeks about an order that was supposed to be faxed THREE MONTHS AGO & it is still not delivered. This office cancelled our appointment 10 mins before the appt time even though we were at the office because they said we wouldn’t have enough time to fill out the paperwork before the appointment. There was no one else in the office but they said they were too busy to get us in even though we were 10 mins early for our appointment time. Do not go here. They will waste your time.
Worst treatment by front staff ever. Non caring or understanding and circumstances that differ from their operation. Rude. I’d stay away.
overpriced....they give no breaks for cash patients. they charged me $125 to see the PA (to get my prescriptions renewed), $345 for blood work and then they had the nerve to want another $175 for the PA to interpret the results of the blood work. Never going back!! Dr. Randall Miller
