I can see where the negative reviews come from and why the locals travel to Fairhope or Foley. I scheduled an appointment in March 16th for May 21st (soonest availability) at 3:45 p.m. as a new patient. The day prior, I get an email request to confirm appointment (which I did confirm). The absolute worst service /management. Husband had a lapse in employment insurance so upon getting insurance again wanted to reinstate his prescriptions for blood pressure/diabetes. Made appt. The office manager left a voicemail on his phone that the appt needed to be scheduled because they had meetings.
