The absolute worst service /management. Husband had a lapse in employment insurance so upon getting insurance again wanted to reinstate his prescriptions for blood pressure/diabetes. Made appt. The office manager left a voicemail on his phone that the appt needed to be scheduled because they had meetings. This is a horrible website. The Doctor we replaced used it to avoid answering questions or dealing with patients. I will avoid this group from now on.
I had Lab Work Scheduled for my Annual (6mo ago). Reported to Lab Appt. Checked in had blood drawn. Called 5 hrs later told labs not ordered. Would have to pay. Disaster.
