Went to get labs, dropped my baby off with grandma with the diaper bag I usually carry and my wallet in that. They said I could just be in and out to get my labs drawn. Was taken back to the room and asked by the tech about to prick me for $42 for the labs. I told her I didn’t have my wallet on me. She was obviously annoyed and I asked a question about if my insurance was covering it and she obviously took it offensively. This office is just out to get your money. I visited for a well check and asked Dr. Osborn to sign the preventative care form my employer provides. The office billed my insurance as a regular visit instead of preventative and I had to pay over $100 out of pocket. I called their billing office repeatedly to get it resolved and while they claimed to put in multiple requests to have someone call me back, no one ever did.
The staff was quite helpful even with a large influx of new patients. Dr.Osbourne listens closely and is proactive.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have been a patient here for over a year and you wait well over an hour to be seen and the care is mediocre. I arrived for a very important appointment 10 minutes on the dot late due to an event in downtown and was rudely told by office staff that I would not be seen and they had “6 other patients to be seen.” There was not one person in the office.
