Terrible terrible receptionists who are stuck up and think they are something. Cant speak to people with respect dont care if you have to go without medications or anything like that. Horrible practice
Currently have a health issue, from the reception team, health advocates / nurses, and doctors , the service has been exceptional. We are so lucky to have such a professional/ efficient team caring for us

Dr Iso is a credit to the surgery. In 2 appointments with him I felt like he actually cared and really took the time to listen and follow up. Really made a difficult time easier by showing genuine empathy.
