Very unprofessional and outdated office. Medical staff could use some serious help! Do not recommend.

Right off the bat when I first came it I peeped the attitude that the Doctors helper was giving me . She'd give me mean looks and talk to me with aggression. Once the appointment was over she decided to make me feel bad about the decisions I've made although she knew nothing about what I went thru and how I got in that position in the first place . Each time I’ve been to this office my experience was great. The staff are very knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions I had. The wait time was reasonable and Dr. O was nothing short of compassionate. He made me feel comfortable the entire time & was very reassuring when it came to what he was doing and what would happen afterwards. I can also say that this office is much easier to make an appointment with in comparison to other offices in the city.
