HORRIBLE SERVICE/ HORRIBLE MECHANIC/ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . I CALLED 10 TIMES FOR A UPDATE ON MY VEHICLE DIDN'T RESPOND. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. THINK TWICE ABOUT BRINGING YOUR VEHICLES HERE . HAS TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. STAY AWAY !!!! ZERO STARS
I could write a novella about the situation my husband and I found ourselves in with our car, but in short, I had to arrange the tow and the fix from Istanbul while my husband, whose English isn't very good, made his way back to the States. Suffice it to say, Wendy and the mechanic were amazing while I was trying to orchestrate everything, find the keys the tow truck driver lost somewhere in the car (still haven't found them), get the car started, etc. from a few thousand miles away.
