When we got a call from the practice, my husband wasn't sure what the referral was for, but the lady on the phone took time to explain everything to me patiently. When we saw the doctor, we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The reception staff was also kind enough to organise a scan. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the care and support from the whole team.
Amazing medical facility From the front desk staff to the doctors all are very nice. One time I have to re arrange the appointment, the staff understood my situation and help me in very nice way. Highly recommend
Had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, as I hadn't had an sms from the office to confirm, I rang them. My appointment had been changed to 3 weeks time at a different time without notifying me to check or let me know of the change. Then the staff member tried to tell me that I had called early in January to change it, which I certainly did not. Staff are not helpful but Dr is good, just need to double check everything. Definitely need better staff.
1 hour and 15 minutes waited. Appointment at 0945 on 13/01/2025. Approached reception and asked if everything ok..she said sorry, you'll be next, no, I wasn't. Patients entered practice well AFTER my 0945 appointment and saw Dr and left. Receptionist are RUDE, arrogant, and useless, thankfully, it was Dr Chahadi, a cardiologist. Blood pressure thru the roof..good for business I guess, AVOID BRIGHTON, SA clinic at all costs
Dr. Anand Rose is my respiratory specialist whom I see in South Australia specialist center. He is very caring and extremely thorough by nature. Highly recommend his medical professional services, which is of the highest level. His staff always polite and helpful. Thank you dr. Rose.
