The staff at modbury Housing SA are friendly understanding and efficient. If you treat others with respect they treat you the same way..and no I haven't got a Housing unit or house yet. but I was treated w with respect and they were understanding and helpful thats all you can ask for . Thankyou

I attended the office on the 2nd of June 2025 and was rudely spoken to by a female manager. Who told me not to expect any Housing Trust houses to go to males in the next 12 months as the government has allocated all Housing Trust houses to domestic violence females only? These are human rights violations. I am a disabled pensioner who is unable to work. I have a 10-year-old boy, and I've been told I have to live on the streets homeless for at least 3 to 5 years with my son. Why are they not held accountable for human rights ... read more

Been waiting for housing SA to fix a shared restraining wall on my property as it’s a shared boundary for 18 months. The entire wall is dilapidated and falling to bits. No one seems to take responsibility as they shift Blame to contractor. Absolute nightmare to deal with 0 stars.
