They were supposed to repair my dishwasher but never showed up. I tried all day to get an idea of when they would be coming because they said sometime between 1-7 but I could not get ahold of anyone and no one would respond to my voicemail. Finally around 2pm I called a few times in a row and then I got a text that they were talking with the tech and would call me shortly with a timeframe. Totally unprofessional and impossible to get ahold of. They do not answer any calls and never showed up. They gave a six hour timeframe which wasted my whole day and nothing even got repaired. Terrible business!
I started dealing with this company in July, I paid for half of the cost of a repair, four weeks later, they had yet to return to fix my washer. It was one excuse after another for them not showing up. I have requested a refund and they said they would refund me and a month later still no refund. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in person, always having to leave a message. Unprofessional staff. Would not recommend them.
They came out to fix my freezer, took 30min and over $300 and they stated it was a per visit cost. The same issue happened with my freezer 3 weeks later and when I called them back to look at it they kept scheduling me out 1 week later 3 different times and never came back. They eventually stopped taking my calls and messages. Do not recommend.
