Its was past 4pm and the nice lady at waited on me
TLDR My cat got fleas after a visit to this vet. When I asked about their cleaning practices, they only mentioned cleaning after hours and didn’t answer if they clean between patients. Instead of addressing my concerns, they insisted I complain to the flea product manufacturer. They also gave conflicting advice on flea treatment, and when my cat became seriously ill from a flea spray used by a housing vendor, they advised waiting for the vendor's response instead of seeking immediate care.
