The review is for his office administrative staff. I’ve been calling the office for 3 weeks now and I’ve gotten no response. I tried to leave a message on the portal but it doesn’t work. I just keep leaving voice messages and no one picks up the phone. Dr Allison is a great doctor but I have to go somewhere else because they can’t get their crap together.
Shady billing. They’ve been holding onto $1300 of my money for 2 months that insurance covered so they were paid twice. Promised me refunds multiple times and nothing.
