I have been putting off my mammogram for SEVERAL years now. The last appointment I had near Southern Regional was traumatic for me. This year I said- JUST DO IT! I went to SARA today and I told Amanda I was a bit nervous. She was soooo kind, patient and informative. No longer afraid and anticipating GREAT news! Thank you Amanda! I truly appreciate you!
After an exam my doctor was concerned and referred me to get an ultrasound. Could not get an appointment scheduled after my doctor confirmed multiple times the paperwork was sent. So much time wasted rescheduling. Service reps barely spoke English such a headache.
I had an outstanding experience at SARA! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed by Amanda, the CT tech, who truly went above and beyond. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very personable, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle.
