The ABSOLUTE RUDEST FRONT OFFICE!!!! After being unable to reach their sister office, for a billing inquiry, was abruptly placed on HOLD for 10 minutes, then the lady who answered was so rude and short - she did not even inquire about my issue or attempt to help. I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A LOW RATING!!! If this s how they speak to callers, then I can ONLY imagine how they speak to their patients. We are an attorneys form, simply calling regarding billing and THAT seems to be an issue for them. AVOID AVOID AVOID and after that AVO... read more
This place is horrible, what ever you do please stay away! I arrived early my appointment was scheduled for 7:45 am they did not open the doors until 8am. I was the first person there but some how 3 people that came in after I did was seen first. I was there until 8:30 am before I decided to leave, Very unprofessional ! I can imagine what the service is like, whatever you do , do not come here.
