I have been a patient at this practice since last year, but recent changes in staff have drastically undermined the quality of care I once relied on. After two doctors left no one replaced them for months and I was left to wait on proper documentation to turn in to dol. The entire Chi Med crew is awesome!! We have been struggling with DOL paperwork and approval for years and they got my wife approved very fast. My wife just retired from the USPS and she has injuries from 23 years as a letter carrier. The staff treats her so well and she's finally getting the care that she needs. I would highly recommend Chi Med.
