I had an awful experience, and was unpleasantly surprised considering what good reviews this doctor had (though the scant number of reviews should have been a red flag). The front desk staff was incredibly kind but the doctor was not. He did not listen when I brought up previous diagnoses from other doctors, both physical and psychological. He instead insisted on inviting me back for unnecessary and expensive follow-up visits. I was VERY impressed by my first visit. Desk staff was very friendly and competent, and Dr. Ross seems both professional and caring. Perfect family doctor.
I had a great experience with Dr. Ross while living in Ann Arbor. He is very knowledgeable and seems to stay up to date on medical research. Dr. Ross was very attentive and takes time to explain procedures and conditions and answer questions. I was very pleased with the focus he put on making sure I was comfortable in general and comfortable with recommended actions. He went above and beyond to provide what I was needed while I was out of town and in a crunch. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ross to friends and family.
