Dr. Lowy is hands down the best vet I’ve ever worked with. We tried 4 or 5 other vets before we found her, and there has been no comparison. She is amazing with with my rescue dog’s many behavioral quirks and complex health issues, and also about helping me get her the best quality care possible even though I am low income. I will bring all my animals to her and always recommend her.
I usually don’t go out of my way to write negative reviews, since I’m sensitive to the impact they have on businesses and I’m mindful that everyone has bad days that can affect the way they interact with customers. Today, though, I have to make an exception. After taking our dog Georgie to the clinic regularly since she was a puppy, my partner and I made a same-day appointment for her because she severely injured her paw at the dog park. After years of looking for a competent and caring vet in western Mass, Marci and her loyal and competent staff have totally met my expectations. When my cat injured her leg and had to go in weekly for a couple of months to have it rewrapped, their competence, concern for Frida, and genuine delight in seeing her each time I brought her in, inspired a confidence in them that has not abated.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr Lowy, Shannon, Becky and Gwen have been great partners in caring for our family pets for the last 9 years. They listen to my concerns with compassion, provide detailed choices for care, and are well organized and enthusiastic. I trust them completely with my fur baby.
Marci and her staff are amazing. She cares deeply about her patients and their families and treats them expertly with compassion.
I brought my chicken, Gina, in after having some trouble figuring out why she was sick. All of the staff at the hospital treated me and Gina with such kindness, compassion and care. Having to make the difficult decision to end Gina’s pain, I’m so glad it was with Dr. Lowy and her staff.
Leaving behind Dr. Lowy and all the amazing staff here was probably the hardest thing about moving our family cross country. Without a doubt this is a once in a lifetime kind of place. Dr. Lowy is incredibly skilled and remarkably compassionate. Her entire team is so quick to go above and beyond the call of duty, be it sneaking us in between appointments or sending the most thoughtful notes when we had pets pass. The team has seen everything from us - rats, kittens, guinea pigs, rescue dogs - and every one was treated with p... read more
Dr. Lowy and her staff have been treating my boxer since we got her 4 years ago. Our pup loves going there and Dr. Lowy has deep compassion for not only our pet but us as well. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great vet for their pets.
