After years of looking for a competent and caring vet in western Mass, Marci and her loyal and competent staff have totally met my expectations. When my cat injured her leg and had to go in weekly for a couple of months to have it rewrapped, their competence, concern for Frida, and genuine delight in seeing her each time I brought her in, inspired a confidence in them that has not abated.
