I saw your reply to my previous review, stating, "We even asked you to bring the car around so we could spend more time to satisfy you, but you drove off." Thank you for your comment. Technically, you are acknowledging that there was a gap in your service. Essentially, the Gold package I paid for resulted in only an exterior cleaning, and there was no one available at your center to perform a proper quality check on the final finish. I visited this place today, and honestly, it was not worth the money. There was a long line of cars, and it felt like their main goal was just to move the queue as quickly as possible rather than focus on quality. I paid around $42 for the “Gold” option, but it didn’t feel any different from the basic service. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to detail. I’m honestly disappointed with this hand car wash service. I drove 9 miles expecting a proper clean, but the results were far from acceptable. The exterior was not washed properly, and the car wasn’t even wiped down with towels as advertised for the price they charge. The interior cleaning was just as poor the vacuuming was incomplete, with visible sand still left behind.
