Stay away from this company. They made custom awnings for my house, and refuse to install them. They are fully paid for, and local to the company. When I call, they act like we are on their list, won't provide a schedule or date (refuse to do so)! I've been calling them for literally 2 years, write letters and notes to the "owner" with not even the courtesy of a response or a plan. Avoid them at all cost, they are not a ln a+ bbb rated company.
I tell them way in advance when I want my awning put up and taken down but they completely ignore me and do it when ever they feel like it----worst customer service I have ever experenced.
Needed a quote, talked to Jack, salesmen never called back, called again the next day and again told a salesmen would call me back. No response, so I called one more time and spoke to Jack again. His response, don't wait on us we are too busy. What kind of customer service is that.
