The first thing I noticed here was how clean the place smelled, which sounds random but matters in a fitness center. I’ve been attending the evening functional training class for a month now and already feel stronger. One instructor even checked on my shoulder pain after noticing my movement looked off.

Hard to stay fit when the floor below serves nothing but fries, burgers, pizza, and chicken fingers.
Used to be a convenient gym in a convenient spot. But they emptied it out and now it’s an enclosure for running, like if most people couldn’t run without using a machine, and all the useful machines they took out.
It’s been much better than a few years ago. It was a small workout space, only cardio equipments. But now it’s equipped with full set of weights, some strength training area&equipments, a boxing/dancing room. Even though the strength area is always busy, it’s much better than years ago. I’m surprised to see the change when I took a boxing class there.
