Mr. Sousa was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and was a most professional, patient, and courteous gentleman throughout this experience. He responds to telephone calls and emails quickly. The floors look amazing. He was able to remove thirty years of wear and staining and restore them to a brilliant finish.
