In December, 2023, I paid Sousan Allami, $1100 for six laser hair removal sessions. The first two went fine but when it came time for the third one in January, 2024, she claimed that her laser was broken and that she was going to have to send the laser out for repair. SHe said that she would let me know when it was repaired. She never called and I contacted her around March, 2024 and she said she got it back and it was broken again. Best location. Posh atmosphere. Rates are high but it’s worth every penny.
Good experience I have had good experiences all around with this place. When trying to locate it, I called and was easily directed where I needed to go which was super helpful and easy. I had a bit of a wait the first time but they were really apologetic about it which was nice. Also, every technician I've ever had here has been overly courteous, helpful and informative and above all else, professional. I have never waited, I have never waited, and twice I was taken back early. These ladies know what they are doing. The deal that they ran on-line is insane, and good for me because I would have never been able to afford this many treatments!
My technician, My technician, Faviola was great. I told her it was my first ever laser hair treatment and she explained everything to me in detail. She was wonderful. I requested her for next time.
I had had one treatment I had had one treatment for Velha shape here before, and I was very happy with the staff. Today I went to go under my laser hair removal treatment, full Brazilian, and I ended up being able to do more areas, since they did their best to make it work for me with the time. Amazing results I have had AMAZING results on my brazilian. After only three sessions 80% of the hair is gone! And I am confident that by the end of the 6th session I will be completely hair-free. As for my underarm the hair is 95% gone so I'm super happy!! I used to get my underarm done at another spa, and after three sessions there, I still didn't have the same results I've had after just ONE session at Sousan Med Spa!!
Highly recommend Sousan saved my skin.
