Used this accountant for about 5 years. The first three, were great. I got busy and couldn’t meet in person, that completely changed the tune I guess. Pretty much forgot who I was, had to remind her on many things and numbers didn’t add up. Pushed our taxes back a few times and only contacted us for things related to her getting paid right away.
