I bought my Giant TCR advanced from Sourland Cycles. Mike and Tom were great to work with. I throughly enjoy my bike.
So... I decided to tackle some hills in the Sourlands today. 6 miles in, I hit some debris and broke a back wheel spoke. Thought my ride was done. Figured let me try #SourlandCycles, since I was heading towards Hopewell - it was way past their closing time. Luckily the owner picked up my call and said they will wait for me. Absolutely love that we now have a local shop to call home. My son just learned to ride his bike which prompted me to dig out my bike, but after years of neglect it needed some work. In the meantime I also purchased a new Stumpjumper from a friend who shipped it to me from Florida and it suffered some damage at the hands of FedEx. Sourland Cycles is a gem of a bike shop. Staff is very friendly and owner Mike is one of the most responsive and attentive professionals I have known. They have very skilled mechanics like Adam and Tom that can predict issues before it happens. I feel like I always get treated with priority and if they don’t have what I need they go out of their way to find it and make and keep me happy. Their always earn my loyalty.
These guys are professional, friendly and aim to please their customers. I brought my bike in a couple of times for minor fixes and reserved a great service!
