I picked up a sourdough loaf and a few pastries from Sourdough Ida for a family breakfast. The bread had a crisp, chewy crust with a soft interior and a pleasant tang. The cinnamon roll was fluffy with a light layer of icing, and the blueberry muffin had plenty of fruit without being overly sweet. Everything tasted fresh, and the loaf made excellent toast the next morning.
Best sourdough ever!
My husband and I pick up bread from Sourdough Ida regularly. We love this place!! Our favorites are the jalapeño cheddar, rosemary olive, & andouille sausage Foccacia, but you can’t go wrong with any option at this bakery — everything is amazing. The owner is also fantastic. He always makes it a point to ask about how we’re doing — we just had our son and he always asked about our growing little family.
Very good bread. I don't really care that the staff is not very welcoming. I just love the bread.
