Ordered 3 sandwiches. The French dip was missing the au jus and only a sliver of cheese, the cracked pepper turkey sandwich had no taste, the sourdough bread was stale and rock hard and the pickles had an odd taste. This was our 1st visit and our last.
Wow...if you love sourdough, this place will be good for you. The bread wasn't as sour as I like, but they make it for the average person. Clam chowder was decent...grey for Arizona... Sandwiches were tasty The outside tables were absolutely disgusting though....the ice cream shop next door makes the tables and ground NASTY... Maybe get them to pressure wash now and again...if they won't...your employees need to do some outside cleaning
the girl with the red hair has a bad attitude and no customer service skills. don’t work there if you hate your job.
My co-worker and I came in and stood in the call-in pickup section waiting for our online pickup order. We continued to stand there waiting. the red headed girl who has continued to look over at us and states “next time you guys need to tell me what you are here for, i saw you standing there i was wondering if it was for pickup”. Instead, greet us and simply asking if we are waiting on an order or if we have been helped. Not the first time she has had bad attitude with customers.
ordered a Pastrami Reuben on marbled Rye...Ruebens are a grilled sandwich so I was expecting as much but it came on cold marbled rye which was disapointing also had a French dip which was the chicken ceasar salad with "sour dough" croutons..lets say that croutons are dried in an oven and crunchy...what I had was closest to dry stale bread....was overalll unimpressed with serving size of meat in the sandwiches...sorry I can't thumbs up
